SELL IN TURKEY · Estate agency for owners selling in Turkey
Seller resources for foreign property owners in Turkey
Find the right next step: decide whether to sell, prepare the home, organise representation or understand the costs. The main selling service and the practical guides have separate roles.
How our estate agency works for you
You appoint Sell in Turkey to manage the sale. Behind the scenes, we organise cooperation with local estate agents whose knowledge of the area and buyer contacts fit your property. You keep one relationship with us throughout the process.
One point of contact
You speak with Sell in Turkey about pricing, access, progress and offers. We handle communication with cooperating agents so you do not have to coordinate several agencies yourself.
One agreed presentation
We arrange property photography and prepare an accurate description with your approval. Cooperating agents receive the agreed photographs, property information and marketing terms.
Coordinated buyer reach
We organise exposure through relevant property portals and cooperating agents’ buyer networks. Channels are agreed for the property; enquiries and feedback are brought together in one sales process.
Viewings managed by our team
Sell in Turkey arranges and attends property viewings and controls the agreed access arrangements. Cooperating agents bring suitable enquiries through us; they do not independently hold viewing access.
A normal estate agency commission, agreed in writing
We charge an estate agency commission for the sale. The rate, VAT, payment trigger, marketing scope and any allocation between cooperating agents are agreed in writing before instruction. Additional owner services are quoted separately, so you can decide what to commission.
You decide on price and offers
Our aim is to reach suitable buyers and negotiate the strongest achievable terms for your property. You approve the asking-price strategy and decide whether to accept an offer. A wider agent network does not guarantee a particular price or sale date. Local arrangements and the Sell in Turkey team member responsible for access are confirmed for your address before instruction.
Questions owners ask before selling
Will I have to negotiate with several estate agents?
No. Sell in Turkey remains your point of contact. We organise the cooperating agents, coordinate property information and viewings, and report buyer feedback and offers to you. You retain the decision on the asking price and acceptance of offers.
Who opens the property for viewings?
Sell in Turkey arranges and attends viewings under the agreed access plan. Cooperating agents coordinate buyer enquiries through us. We confirm the responsible team member and local arrangements before taking instructions for your address.
Do several cooperating agents mean several commissions?
Your commission and the arrangements for cooperating agents are set out in the written instruction. Ask for the total seller-side commission, VAT, payment trigger and any separately agreed services before signing. Cooperation should not create undisclosed extra fees.
