These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sell in Turkey website and any non-binding guidance, valuation or communication you receive from us. By accessing our website or submitting your details, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our service

Sell in Turkey provides estate agency and coordinated property-selling services for owners in Turkey, including owners living abroad. The work covered by an instruction is agreed in writing.

• Initial asking-price guidance and preparation of the property presentation.
• Coordination of selected local estate agents, agreed advertising channels, enquiries and offers.
• Viewings arranged and attended by Sell in Turkey under the agreed access plan.
• Coordination of the agreed sale process with relevant independent professionals where required.

Initial market guidance is indicative. Legal, tax, banking and official appraisal work are separate professional tasks where required.

2. Estate agency instruction and commission

Sell in Turkey acts as the owner’s estate agent and main point of contact. Cooperating agents are coordinated through us. The commission, VAT, payment trigger, scope, partner arrangements and any additional services are set out in the written instruction before marketing begins. An enquiry or initial market review does not itself create an agency instruction.

3. Accuracy and limitations

We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee:

• Specific sale prices or timeframes.
• Buyer availability or market demand.
• Outcomes of legal or administrative processes.

Real estate markets and regulations can change quickly; you are responsible for your final decisions.

4. User obligations

When using our website or services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about yourself and your property.
• Use the website only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data.

5. Third-party professionals

We may introduce or refer you to independent third parties such as licensed lawyers, notaries or banks. These parties operate under their own agreements and regulations.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions or advice of these third parties.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sell in Turkey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from:

• Use of our website or reliance on non-binding guidance.
• Market movements or changes in buyer demand.
• Delays or decisions by banks, notaries, land registry offices or authorities.

7. Intellectual property

Text, design and content on this website are owned or licensed by Sell in Turkey and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Unless mandatory consumer-protection rules provide otherwise, any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Muğla, Turkey.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, and continued use of the website means you accept the updated Terms.
