Match the person across the file
Use the spelling and identifying details shown in your current identity documents and compare them with the title record and any power of attorney. Raise differences in names or document numbers before booking the transfer.
Ask for the accepted current form
If an identity declaration is requested, obtain the current version and completion instructions from the receiving office or your qualified representative. Confirm photographs, translation, signature and original-document requirements for your case.
Check representation separately
