Monthly rent collection, chasing late payments, and payouts to your preferred bank account (Turkish or international), with a simple statement.

Issue handling & small repairs

First contact for tenants when something goes wrong, basic troubleshooting, and coordinating authorised contractors up to agreed limits.

Communication in English

You deal with one English-speaking point of contact. We translate local paperwork, site communication and tenant issues into clear summaries.

Liaison with site & utilities

Coordinating with site management, doormen and utility providers for access, reading meters and resolving day-to-day problems.

Remote reporting & documentation
