How we review the asking price of your Turkish property
What helps an initial review
Provide the city, neighbourhood, exact site or building, property type, approximate usable area, rooms, floor, view and current condition. Recent photographs, site charges and the occupancy position help avoid unsuitable comparisons. If a particular figure is unknown, say so rather than estimating it as a fact.
Compare evidence, not just advertisements
Active listings show the competition, not necessarily completed prices. Where reliable completed-sale evidence is available, it adds context; where it is not, that limitation should be stated. A different building, gross floor area or a sea view can make a superficially similar listing a poor comparison.
What the free review does and does not do
The initial review is guidance for a possible asking-price strategy and next steps. It is not an automated valuation, a guaranteed sale price, a structural survey or an official SPK-licensed report. Any formal inspection, legal investigation or appraisal is agreed separately.
Tell us your selling objective
A vacant home with flexible timing and a tenanted home with a deadline need different preparation. Indicate your target timing, whether you are abroad and who can provide access. You can review the next-step proposal before deciding to instruct the service.
