For higher tiers, we can be copied on critical alerts and coordinate with site management or neighbours when you cannot react yourself.

Who is this service for?

Remote monitoring is most useful when it complements, not replaces, good on-the-ground management and neighbours.

A good fit if you:

  • Live abroad most of the year and visit your property only a few times.
  • Worry about leaks, mould or break-ins going unnoticed for months.
  • Have reasonably stable Wi-Fi and power at the property.
  • Prefer simple, well-chosen devices over complex “smart home” experiments.
  • Are happy to receive alerts on your own phone and act when needed.

Probably not a fit if you:

  • Expect a fully manned alarm centre or armed response service.
  • Do not have reliable internet or are not allowed to install devices.
  • Want full smart-home automation and complex custom scenarios.
  • Prefer to manage all devices yourself and enjoy doing the tech setup.

Note on internet connection & third-party costs
To enable remote access to the camera system, your property must have an active internet connection. Foreign owners without a Turkish residence permit generally cannot open a personal internet subscription. For owners who do not plan to apply for a residence permit, we can, where possible, arrange for the internet subscription to be opened in our company’s name.

As of 2025–2026, typical internet packages in Turkey start from approximately USD 175 in total for an 18-month contract (prices may change). Download speeds usually range between 16 Mbps and 50 Mbps; pricing does not change by speed, but the actual speed you experience depends on the connection quality in your building or neighbourhood.

In practical terms, your total costs usually consist of:
  • USD 30/month ongoing service fee (monitoring subscription)
  • One-time internet package cost starting from around USD 175 for 18 months
  • One-time camera installation cost, typically USD 120–250 depending on the number and quality of devices
